The place was quaint, overall clean, had exceptional staff and location. A good choice of meals for breakfast, including cereal, fruit, pastries and toast. We ate in the very nice restaurant for lunch and dinner which was reasonably priced.

It was a warm stay. It was neat and pleasant place, airy rooms. Perfect view, a cosy balcony, extremely comfy bed, too. I liked brand-new restaurant. Quick check-in and fantastic customer service.

Comforts of double room were fabulous - an electronic key card, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and ironing facilities. We truly enjoyed central location. Also, we visited sainsbury's that was right by the hotel. You got good value.

We really enjoyed rooms and service. If you like the shopping area, then it would be a fine base for you. Plus, we were 25 mins by foot from Puy de Dome Figure. The staff were CONSIDERATE and the stay certainly was attractive and competitive value for money.

We appreciated reception, it was friendly. We've spent here 1 night and our standard king room was modern. The location was good and easily accessible. Stopped by Scoops Gelato to get some coffee and treats, it's steps away from the venue, recommend. What's more, they had parking onsite. It is reasonably priced.
